The Rockery

On receipt of your Booking Form and deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. A returnable Good housekeeping Bond of £100 is required with the balance payment, this £100 will be returned by post within 7 days of your holiday finishing. if the-rockery is left to our satisfaction. If necessary a cleaning and/or breakage charge will be deducted.

The leader/representative who is responsible for the booking must sign the booking form.

Accommodation will not be ready for occupation until 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on the date of departure.

More than the number booked may not occupy the accommodation. We reserve the right to terminate any booking before or during the holiday at our discretion.

We must be notified in writing of cancellations. Unfortunately no refunds can be given.

Unless we receive prior notice of a late arrival, the-rockery will be held until 6pm at which time it may be re-let.

Anyone staying at the-rockery does so entirely at their own risk and we will not accept liability for the loss of or damage to persons and/or property. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of cancellation of any booking by the proprietors, the liability of the proprietors will be limited to a refund of any monies paid.

Bookings are mainly from Saturday to Saturday. Please check if you need any other arrangement, we may be able to accommodate.

We regret that only bookings from families and / or couples are accepted.
Sorry no pets allowed. Non Smokers only.

We ask that you leave the-rockery and its contents clean and tidy. Breakages must be reported to obtain replacements.
Electrical Failures etc must be reported without delay.

In the instance of detrimental behaviour, the party may be asked to leave the accommodation.
